Modern Women not only occupies higher positions in every sphere of life today, but she is also accompanying men, in work in which she was underestimated to be incapable before.

I met Jyoti Patil, a 25 year old lady trainee technician at NWKRTC (North West Karnataka Road Transport Corporation) Belgaum Depot 1, a few days ago, when i visited the depot due to some personal work. I am hereby bringing Jyoti into limelight by a short interview, which i took during my conversation with her in the depot. I feel stories of women like her should be brought into light, so that people in society not only respect the modern woman; but also the future generation takes inspiration from her, and more women should come forward to join men equally in all fields of life.

If India has to progress and become developed, we need contribution from everyone. Women have to come forward and progress if our honorable Prime Minister - Modi ji's dream of "MAKE IN INDIA" have to come true.
